3 MONTH SUPPLY

For our 3 month supply focus on gathering foods that would sustain a 2 week meal plan. Make a two week menu with a different meal each day. On a seperate sheet of paper, type or write down every ingredient you'll need and the amount. This is your shopping list. Remember that you need to multiply this by 6 to get 12 weeks or three months. This is a great way to know exactly what you would eat in case of emergency and then you'll know that you have every ingredient needed. I would suggest using recipes that canned chicken could be used instead of fresh in case of a power outage. The point is to use as much non-perishable items as we can from our storage. If you want more of a variety make a 3 week meal plan and then multiply it by 4 to get your 12 weeks. Either way if fine!
